Refund policy

At The Health Nut, our goal is to provide you with high-quality, 100% natural, and sugar-free products. Since we deal with perishable items and health-sensitive products, our policy is as follows:

  • Perishable & Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable items, including Fresh Plant-Based Milk, Tortillas, and opened or used Nut Butters, Flours, or Granola Mixes.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a substitute or refund, the product must be unopened, and the packaging must be intact.

  • Proof: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item via our official WhatsApp or Email.

  • Refund Process: If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 7-10 working days.

  • Shipping for Replacements: In cases where a replacement is issued due to our error, The Health Nut will cover all additional shipping charges.
